A charge is not a conviction. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. These cases are as the Clark County Detention Center lists them on each booking; the courts' own records are authoritative. Victims and witnesses are never named on this site.

District Court takes felony cases bound over from Justice Court. Municipal Court handles misdemeanors charged inside Las Vegas city limits. Look the case number up with the court to confirm.
