Police: Clark County coroner can't determine if officers or dad killed boy in shooting

At an LVMPD fact-finding review, officials said the Clark County coroner could not determine whether officers or the child’s father fired the shots that killed 3-year-old Kentre Baker during a hostage incident.

An arrest is not a conviction. Anyone named here is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
